Seeking info on Herman Shaffer, b. 12/22/1892, d. 9/15/68 in Wood Co. although I think he spent most of his life in Nicholas Co. area. He married Mamie Alkire and they lived in Richwood area. I think at one time he was a law officer for Richwood or the county. One of his sons is buried in Nicholas Co., perhaps on Hinkle mountain.
Any info would be apprecaited. Thanks
