I am looking for information on a Chloe SPENCER that was born about 1903 in and around the Richwood,WVA. area. She might have been a traveling Health Nurse. She was for a time 1925 to 1928 in Nashville,Tnn. After that time there in no information on her. We do have my mother's birth Certificate that lists a Chloe Spencer as her mother and her age in 1925 was 22 years of age. She lists herself as a nurse and that she was from Richwood, W VA. She gave the child up for adoption in Nashville to the Bruce family. If anyone has any information it would be GREATLY appreciated. Or any suggestions on how we can access records because it seems there is no information on her.
