I am searching for information on the family of Newton E. Parker, son of Jacob, who came to Nicholas Couty from Clinton County, PA. He was born in Lycoming County, PA. His two oldest son's Huling and Oliver were born killed in accidents while working as loggers.
Oliver was my great-grandfather. He was married to Mamie Estella McClung 1893-1975, daughter of William J. and Ann Eliza (Brock) McClung. Oliver and Mamie had one child, William Blaine Parker 1911-1982.
After Oliver's death Mamie and her youg son removed to Akron, Ohio and little is known of Newton and the rest of the Parker clan. They are not listed in the 1910 census of Nicholas county and I don't have a clue as to where they had gone. Any
