I am currently seeking any and all information regarding my granfather JAMES LEFFRIDGE BRIDWELL who was born in Hookersville or Muddlety in Nicholas Co on August 16,1899 to COLLIN BRIDWELL and MARY ELIZABETH BRIDWELL unknown maiden name. My grandfather married 3 times only 1 wife's name do I know Edna Smith. They bore 2 daughters one who died in her teens of cancer the other my mother WANETA BRIDWELL born October 12th 1922 in Fairmont , Marion co WVA. At some point they moved to Ohio as I was born in Columbus,Ohio. My grandfather was a cook in the army in both world wars, a coal miner, and also worked for the rairaod at various times. Any one with any information at all please contact me I have very little information about my heritage and I am working to find as much information as possible to pass on to my 4 sons.
