I am seeking info on Robert UNDERWOOD and family. Robert was born either 1836 or 1846 ( I've have seen two birth dates for him ) and his mother's name was Lucretia. He was a possible brother to Jackson UNDERWOOD, who married Louisa NICHOLS about 1855-7.
Robert married Angeline SHAMBLIN about 1870-1. They had 13 children by 1900 (according to the 1900 Nicholas Co. census ): Alamander Lloyd, Lewis ( Louis? ) I., Lola J., Samuel L.( or H. ), Mamie Belle, Lydia A., William R., Mary Catherine, Dorothy Mae, Jesse Melvin, Lemon Palestine, Elizabeth (Lizzie ) Alice and Ada. I especially need info on the name of Robert and Jackson's father, birth/death dates and names of spouses on Alamander, Lewis and Ada. Robert is possibly a grandson of James and Sarah THOMPSON UNDERWOOD. If anyone has any info on Robert and other persons meationed, I would greatly appreciate it.
