GRAY surname I'm looking for information on a family that lived near Parkersburg? (I've never seen it written so I'm spelling by sound)My great grandfather name spelled according to his tombstone)was Jewitt Gray (b. 9 June 1870-13 April 1937), his wife's name was Lenora Davis (b. 18 Feb 1889-24 Nov 1970). He married her after leaving home. There were several brothers who supposedly brought the first Clydesdale horses down the Ohio or Shenandoah Valley into KY and VA. The names of some of Jewitt's brother's were Oran, Otto, John, Charlie, Riley,and L. He had at least two sisters one they called Lid. I don't think this is all of the children.
