Looking for the parents of a SAMUEL (SIMON) P. Pierson/Pearson b. 14 Feb 1816. Census data states he was born in PA but have not been able to find him there. First record of him appears in Jackson Co, VA 11 Dec. 1840 , when he marries SARAH A WHITE, d/o JOHN B WHITE from Beaver CO PA. He is my great x2 grandfather and I've been seeking his ancestors for 4 years. ANY HELP GREATLY APPRECIATED. I know there were PIERSON/PEARSON'S in Nicholas Co, is he one of yours?
