I am looking for the descendants of a Michael STOUT, a s/o Eli & Nancy J. (Clevenger) STOUT, and who was born Apr 1885, in Gilmer County, WV, and who was married in Nicholas County, WV, on 19 Dec 1905, to Eugenia Charlotte BAILES, born c. 1888, in Nicholas County, Wv, a d/o Wise & Hannah BAILES.
