I'm seeking information about Edward Rion, b. 1778 in VA, who in the 1850 census was living in Nicholas County, VA/WV, aged 72, farmer, in the household of

Martin, Robert farmer aged 33 years
Martha, 33
Mary, 10
Edward, 8
Allen, 6
Henry, 4
Judson, 3
Martha, 2
Polly Nichols, 55

He had a sister, Mary Rion/Ryan, b. 1774 in VA, d. 1859 in Milton, Cabell County, VA/WV. She married Joseph Blaine Malcolm.

I have heard that Edward might have married a Peggy, and adopted a child, Nicholas, but have no proof. I also cannot find Edward's burial site. I have found that a Peggy Rion married William Rader 03/15/1832, and a Nicholas Rion who married Franky Skaggs, 08/23/1829.
