I'm trying to find some information on a John Edgar Spivey, he was a Barber. He went to Barber School in Summersville,WV in 1935. I no in 1946-47 he lived in Parkersburg,WV.
The last time he renewed his license in 1957 he lived in Allingdale,WV.. He was born May 1911, I don't no where he came from...any information would be appreciated... thank you. Shirley
