Please help me!!!! I am looking for a birth record on Joseph Lawrence Hackney. His last name could also be McGraw. On his marriage record it has him listed as being born in Nicholas County.He would have been born in 1869 or 1870. If anyone can give this information to me it would be greatly appreciated.
