I am searching for a Cicil COLLINS believed living in the Nicholas Co area in the early 1900's . Cicil may have been the son of John W. COLLINS and if so he had an Aunt Arnetta b 1855 and an uncle Richard COLLINS b. 1858 who married Fidella D. DONELLSON and lived at Saxman,WVa. Any help appreciated. Brenda Collins Dillon
