Looking for info on WILLIAM (Billey) MULLINS,born 2/2/1849 married to MAHALIA ROSE, had 10 children ,lived in or around the Cowan or Cordova WV area.Children were Scott, Eli, Wilburn, Toby, Laura, Eyson(Sonney), Polly, Elisa,Tommy, Kelly. They moved to Washington State in 1905 or 06. Scott and Toby were married to two STANLEY sisters Mary Jane, and Ardelia. Scott also had children at that time, two sons William and Harvey. Toby brought with him a cousin, Mart MULLINS. Mahalia had a brother named Will ROSE, he also moved to Washington. Thanks for any help Mike W. Mullins
